lol .. im posting again.. hehe how are you guys doing
this week had only 1 training XD whoopee ... o ya i also had a fishbone stuck in my throat that week ... kept crying didnt wanna go for surgery ehheheheheheh.. in the end the bone went down into my tummy XD

lol today had a cross country zzzz.... came in onli 17 position in the whole sec 1 shld have came in at a higher position. chose to walk partially wmahahahaha
guess there's nothing much to write time for today's estee's self praise column
